probably another instance of uWSGI is running on the same address

supervisor stop all，但是程序还是会自动执行，reload之后看log，提示如下：

so,what's wrong? 我尝试了很多种方案，kill掉，隔一秒 9000端口又自动启动了，杀不死的小强，没搞懂，mark一下。
